![]() In the film, Harry loses his temper a few times, but that's really about it in the book, he's genuinely a bit of a dick sometimes. So the fifth instalment of the Harry Potter series has Harry, in part because of his connection with the now-returned Voldemort, being more irate than his usual self. If you didn’t read my first off the cuff review of GoF here it is: ![]() I think I’ll wait a few days before I start Half Blood Prince. Not better than GoF, but I feel that’s unfair because they’re different in terms of the events occurring and the characters introduced. Especially when Harry tried using the mirror Sirius had gifted him. It wasn’t until the end of Dumbledore and Harry’s conversation and the entirety of the last chapter that I felt just so sad and even cried. Sirius’ death as it happened didn’t really spark any emotion in me. However, the movie didn’t leave me with the dread and sadness that this book left me with. I feel it was adapted well for how big this book is. I’ve watched the movies and Order of the Phoenix is my favorite of them all. I often found myself hopeful that Snape would treat Harry better but that never came. The way each of the characters treats others throughout the book is just hard to read. It mainly made me mad, because of Umbridge, Snape, and Harry.
